About Us
Decades of enrichment experience. Thousands of students reached. Meet the team caring for your child.
We know how to create successful programs
Flex was created in 2011 by serial education entrepreneur Joshua Chernikoff to help address the market inefficiencies of school run enrichment programs. Now, ten years later Flex has expanded its footprint under current majority owner and CEO Michael Fay. We now have strong, proven systems to streamline the planning and management process of the entire after school hours whether it be camps, before/after care, or enrichment. All of this work is done while maintaining an unwavering commitment to safety and quality.
Our work allows PTAs and school districts to not just offer great programing but also generate revenue to help support the local school community. Today, we serve thousands of children each school year across multiple states.
