Dear Flex Family,

At Flex Academies, we take nothing more seriously than the safety of our students, staff, and vendor partners.  With this in mind, I wanted to share some information regarding Coronavirus and its potential impact on our programs.

• As a guest in each partner school, we will follow guidelines provided by school or district leadership regarding preventive measures.
• As with inclement weather, if a school is closed as a result of the virus, Flex Academies programming will not operate.
• In the event our activities are cancelled, we will make every possible effort to conduct a makeup class.  This is done in partnership with our vendors and it is rare for us to not be able to schedule an additional session.
• If school should be closed for an extended period of time, I will reach out with additional information.

Until we hear otherwise, if school is in session, Flex Academies Before Care, After Care, and Enrichment classes will operate as scheduled.

Please know we will continue to monitor the situation to ensure the safety of all involved.  Feel free to reach out to any member of my team if you have any additional questions.
