Flex Academies is committed to the safety of all the students that we serve and to reducing the liability of all our partner schools and PTAs. We only partner with class instructors and vendors who share these same high standards.

To assure these high standards, we developed a set of guidelines that we expect all our instructors and vendors to adhere to. Included in this list are directives regarding class supervision, student coordination, school and parent communication, and insurance requirements.

Each vendor that Flex Academies partners with agrees to perform as per these standards. By agreeing to these standards, they will receive a “Flex Certified” logo, as seen below.

Flex Academies holds its partner vendors to a high standard in order to guarantee safe and burden-free afterschool programming to its partner schools, parents, and students. We believe that parents, who have trusted us enough to leave their child in our custody for an hour after school, deserve to rest assured knowing that their child is in good hands!
